GENERAL PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
The company originally incorporated on 6th Day of May 1986 with the name of “Agarwal Warehousing & Leasing Limited” Thereafter name of the Company has been changed from “Agarwal Warehousing & Leasing Limited” To “Ad-Manum Finance Limited” with effect from 25th Day of June 1992, which is working as a Non Banking Finance Company registered under Reserve Bank of India. The Company was incorporated with the objects of providing short and medium term advances in the form of loan/hire purchase finance, bill discounting, factoring through Channel/DSA business etc. To augment its resources the company came out with a public issue in the year 1992. The Company is listed with Bombay Stock Exchange, Mumbai. Company has got a consistent track record of Profitability since incorporation. Company is working under Flagship of “Agarwal Group".

“Agarwal Group” is well known group of M.P, having its head office at Indore it was established in the year 1975 under the able vision & leadership of its Promoters. The Groups has diversified into various activities like Trading, Industries, Education, Entertainment sector viz, trading of Coal, Lignite, Transportation, Warehousing, Finance, Real State & Leasing, Packaging, Industry, Flour Mill, Cold Storage, International Standard Schools and Institute of Technology, Village Resort and generation of Electricity by setting up a Wind Energy Mill. Today the Group has more than 65 branches all over India, which are fully equipped with sophisticated communication and infrastructure facilities and contributes in smooth functioning of day-to-day affairs of the Group Companies.

A Visionary person has to his credit and reputed business family background, with his strategic vision made significant contribution in diversification of the ground into finance, import, processing power generation and education also. He has more than 20 years of experience of business.

Mr. Jayanta Nath Choudhury, B.Sc., MIBM & MBA has been working with the company for more than a decade and has been handling all day-to-day operations. He is Director In Charge of the Company. He has experience more than 22 years in various field.
